We keep our promises!
You may perhaps think that it goes without saying that making a promise means keeping it too. That's also what we think. But the reality is unfortunately often different.
Whether you look at the much-cited concept of Germany as a 'desert devoid of service', or the various studies showing that between 60 and 90% of all IT projects fail - it clearly doesn't go without saying that the results of a project will match what was agreed on at the start.
Nowadays of course, there are many different tools and methods (see Project management) that can help minimise the risks associated with IT projects. That's all well and good. But we believe that the actual key to a higher level of project service and quality lies in having an attitude where every employee takes every promise, no matter who he has made it to, with equal seriousness and keeps it - no matter what the circumstances. This requires every employee to take his work (and with it himself) seriously, so that he regards his role as a 'career' rather than just a 'job'. However, "taking something seriously" here does not necessarily mean that we don't enjoy what we do. Quite the opposite, in fact!
In other words, whether it is just a short info update via e-mail or an important handover deadline, we keep our promises! It's as simple as that - and that goes without saying too.
