X-CELL exceeds 5 million for the first time

X-CELL AG defies the crisis and exceeds 5 million euros in sales for the first time.

Despite a deep structural and economic crisis in its home market of Germany, the Düsseldorf-based corporate learning provider X-CELL AG achieved sales of more than 5 million euros in 2025 for the first time in the company's history. Compared to the previous year, this represents an increase in sales of almost 5 per cent.

Marco Tesche, CEO of X-CELL AG, comments: "Of course, our customers are also feeling the effects of the crisis. In this respect, we are also affected by investment postponements and cutbacks. But we are proud of the fact that we have been able to more than compensate for the loss of sales in our existing business by tapping into new customer potential. First and foremost, the market launch of six new e-learning programmes in the areas of artificial intelligence, home office, whistleblowing, sexual harassment, environmental protection and energy management should be mentioned here. Never before has X-CELL AG successfully launched so many new training products on the market in one year. The launch of version 5.0 of our corporate learning software AcademyMaker/AcademyManager, which includes numerous AI-supported functionalities that help our customers to produce their own content quickly and efficiently, should also be mentioned."

X-CELL AG will also be expanding its product portfolio in 2026. For example, new e-learning courses are planned on the topics of unconscious bias, artificial intelligence and labour law for managers. "The year 2026 will certainly offer some uncertainties, but we are looking forward to it with confidence and optimism," says Tesche.
