With over 200 branches, Konditorei Junge is one of the leading bakeries in northern Germany. The Junge Academy, based on AcademyMaker, reflects the extensive training offerings of this long-established company. One focus is on the company's trainees – Junge has received multiple awards for the quality of its training. Mercedes Benz AG operates AcademyMaker, a training platform for its own factory planning software FAPLIS. FAPLIS ensures the smooth exchange of CAD data from all Mercedes plants worldwide between external service providers, e.g. for planning and construction work, and internal managers. Up to 2,000 FAPLIS users are trained online on the most important workflows and actions when working with FAPLIS. X-CELL has created interactive, video- and case-based learning sequences for this purpose. In addition, the platform, which is available in three languages, contains extensive FAQs and interesting background information.

BOWA MEDICAL

BOWA MEDICAL, a leading full-service provider of energy-based surgical systems, is working with X-CELL to create a diverse training landscape that appeals to internal employees as well as doctors and nursing staff. BOWA creates its own training courses with AcademyMaker and supplements them with high-quality training courses individually developed by X-CELL. In addition, BOWA uses ready-to-use training products from X-CELL. As a result, over 100 training modules now cover a wide range of topics, including specialist subjects such as high-frequency surgery and ultrasound, as well as training courses on occupational safety and information security.

Audi AG, an automobile manufacturer based in Ingolstadt with a workforce of around 90,000 employees worldwide, uses AcademyMaker to operate the Audi Qualification Terminal, a system for managing trainer qualifications. Approximately 2,500 trainers from importers and external partners book training courses in the areas of sales, product support, and after sales. For the nearly 500 different classroom training courses, approximately 5,000 appointments are planned, managed, and evaluated each year using the system. The offering is being expanded toward blended learning through selective online training courses and final tests for modules.
