Bäcker Görtz

The bakery Bäcker Görtz GmbH supplies about 100 proprietary stores in southern Germany with daily fresh baked pastries. The family business has chosen the all-in-one e-learning solution AcademyMaker to train nearly 1,000 employees in the future. In addition to providing the training units “Health and Safety at the Office” and “Hygiene in Food Processing Establishments”, X-CELL also gives trainings to the employees involved in the project regarding the use of AcademyMaker.

Heise Media Service GmbH & Co. KG

The online marketing agency Heise Media Service, a partner company of the publishing house Heinz Heise, from now on provides its almost 130 media consultants with trainings created by the e-learning solution AcademyMaker. The training focus is on basic knowledge regarding the internet as well as on individual directories of the corporate family Heise and several advertising methods in search engines. The participants learn about the functions and advertising methods of “Das Örtliche” (yellow pages) and “Das Telefonbuch” (telephone book). Furthermore they get acquainted with the Google AdWords program. Due to high internal demand, Heise Media Service expects an increasing number of participants in the future.

Bizerba GmbH & Co. KG

Bizerba, a worldwide operating company offering professional system solutions in scale, information and food service technologies in the food industry and producing segments, has decided to start off a series of e-learning pilots with AcademyMaker. X-CELL provides consulting, training, software customization and hosting.

Canon Austria GmbH

With the help of X-CELL, Canon Austria GmbH operates an online academy for employees, customers and trading partners. The academy is based on the license of Canon Deutschland GmbH, established in 2009, and runs independently. The great success of the Canon Academy in Germany has convinced Canon Austria of introducing products to the audience through e-learning units. X-CELL was responsible for the design of the academy and the adjustment of 25 trainings, which have already been launched in Germany. The company also provides technical support and hosting. The system created by X-CELL enables Canon Austria to manage workshops and to maintain a training calendar independently. The system also allows Canon to introduce its team of trainers and to create workshop announcements.

BME Akademie GmbH

The BME Academy, a subsidiary of the Federal Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (BME), has opted for the use of AcademyMaker for their online academy. The academy provides practical e-learning modules with many case studies and interactive exercises regarding purchasing and logistics related topics. X-CELL elaborates learning content and offers technical support and hosting.

Canon Deutschland GmbH

Since 2009, Canon Deutschland GmbH has successfully been operating a web academy for employees, trading partners and consumers based on AcademyMaker. Due to the great success, the academy was expanded in May of 2010. X-CELL was not only responsible for the design of the new Canon academy, but also for great parts of the training design and production as well as hosting. In fall of 2013, the academy was further expanded for the use of mobile devices like iPads.

Deutsche BKK

Deutsche BKK, one of the largest company health insurance funds in Germany, provides training for about 2,000 employees with the help of AcademyMaker. X-CELL created an online academy and developed an e-learning style guide as basis for the graphic design of all e-learning contents. Initial authoring and didactics trainings enabled the authors of Deutsche BKK to create e-learning content on their own and to operate the academy independently. Furthermore, X-CELL provides continuous support for authors, administrators and participants by giving qualified advice via email, phone and web conferencing.

Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland GmbH

In 2012, Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland and its strategic partner Deutsche Telekom launched De-Mail (a communication service that makes it possible to exchange legal electronic documents between citizens, agencies, and businesses over the Internet). Since then e-learning units are employed to instruct the staff of the roughly 500 parcel shops and Hermes employees in the processes of managing the De-Mail product. For this comprehensive project X-CELL provided the all-in-one solution: Based on the software AcademyMaker, a virtual online academy was created. In addition, various learning units were elaborated and implemented, which help employees qualify in the process of performing the identification in the parcel shop and further processes. An innovative solution for the personalized dispatch of documents ensures that all of the approx. 3,000 participants are instructed and certified efficiently and effectively upon termination of the e-learning units.

Metabowerke GmbH

The manufacturer of electronic tools Metabowerke GmbH trains more than 1,000 employees concerning various topics like product knowledge, applications and materials with the help of the e-learning all-in-one solution AcademyMaker. With the acquired corporate license, Metabo has the opportunity to train unlimited participants. X-CELL accompanies the company’s project and provides support to the authors for the elaboration of learning units.

AHS Aviation Handling Services GmbH

The leader in Aviation Handling, AHS Aviation Handling Services GmbH (AHS), decided to carry out the online training of nearly 2,000 internal employees with the all-in-one e-learning solution AcademyMaker. In addition to the software, which enables the customer to run the project independently, X-CELL also provides ready-made content like "Data Protection & Data Security", "Health and Safety at the Office" and "General Equal Treatment Law".

Panalpina World Transport

X-CELL supports the logistic company Panalpina World Transport in educating almost 15,000 employees in various areas like compliance, environmental protection, products, security and processes. Based on our all-in-one e-learning solution AcademyMaker, trainings are setup and conducted in up to 19 languages. X-CELL provides the software but was also assigned to develop training content and participant communication, and to host the high performance environment.

SieMatic Möbelwerke GmbH & Co. KG

The German kitchen manufacturer SieMatic Möbelwerke GmbH & Co. KG uses AcademyMaker to train sales partners in export countries. The online academy focuses on transferring product knowledge. X-CELL instructs the SieMatic e-learning authors during an authoring training to operate AcademyMaker and, thus, assists the company in creating learning units on its own.

Panasonic, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of consumer electronics, trains its marketing and sales staff about their product range of high-end Flat-TVs SMART VIERA utilizing X-CELL’s all-in-one e-learning solution AcademyMaker. With the help of interactive training modules the employees are introduced to sales arguments and learn to apply them in practice. The entire online academy was individually designed by X-CELL based on the customer’s requirements.

The long-established company Wempe uses the all-in-one e-learning solution AcademyMaker to train its employees. Interactive learning units individually created by X-CELL help to provide the employees with knowledge about the eventful history and philosophy of the family business. Furthermore, due to their multilingualism the trainings have an international orientation. From now on, both trainees and new employees will learn to apply product-specific knowledge in a customer-oriented and emotional way in sales.

Carsten Beyreuther is one of the most noticed sales trainers in the German speaking region – not least because of his live on-site seminars on cybernetic sales negotiations which have found widespread approval. Thanks to X-CELL, a full service provider for corporate e-learning, Beyreuther now has made available original content of “Karrieresprungbrett” (Career Springboard) at the online academy www.die-verkaufsausbildung.de, until now exclusively provided to participants. In five steps, participants can complete a sound sales training to become an in-house certified Master in Cybernetic Negotiations (“Master-Gesprächskybernetiker®“).

Hermes Logistik Gruppe Deutschland GmbH

With the help of X-CELL, Hermes implements an ambitious CR project, which allows to carry out an electronic survey targeting all service partners relevant to Hermes. The project aims at assessing whether all requirements on occupational, customer and environmental safety have been fulfilled without exception. For this reason, a self-assessment tool has been developed based on the e-learning all-in-one solution AcademyMaker, which allows a prompt and automatic evaluation of the answers.
