The Düsseldorf-based e-learning provider X-CELL is expanding its portfolio with the new e-learning course "Working from home", a practical training course on occupational health and safety in the home office. The training helps companies to fulfil their legal obligation to provide instruction in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and at the same time promote the safety, health and productivity of their employees.
Working from home and mobile working have long been part of everyday life for many employees. At the same time, many employers do not realise that the responsibility for health and safety also lies entirely with the company when working from home. The German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) recommends that employees working from home are also instructed at least once a year. This is exactly where the new training comes in: It clearly conveys how working from home can be organised safely, efficiently and responsibly.
Using interactive exercises, case studies and specific recommendations for action, participants learn what they need to pay attention to when working remotely - from ergonomic workplace design and information security to communication and team cohesion.
The training is aimed at employees in companies, public authorities, educational institutions and other organisations who (temporarily) work from home. It can be used across all sectors, is customisable and can be easily integrated into existing learning platforms.
