With the new online training course "Environmental Management", the Düsseldorf-based e-learning provider X-CELL is expanding its established sustainability series, which already includes the modules "Fundamentals of Sustainability" and "Energy Management". The aim is to support companies in sensitising employees to environmentally relevant topics and fulfilling the requirements of ISO 14001 or EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme).
Many companies rely on environmental management systems to record environmental aspects in a structured manner, conserve resources, minimise risks and meet legal and social expectations. Standards such as ISO 14001 or EMAS offer proven frameworks for this - the successful implementation of which begins with the training of all employees.
X-CELL's new training programme explains how environmental management works and what contribution each employee can make. Using practical scenarios from the office, production and logistics, participants learn to recognise environmental impacts and adapt their behaviour accordingly. Interactive elements and reflection exercises promote direct practical transfer.
