The ongoing digitalisation of work processes is increasing the need for certifications that guarantee industry-specific standards in the area of information security. Companies and business partners are faced with the challenge of protecting and processing sensitive data in accordance with strict security standards.
The Düsseldorf-based corporate learning provider X-CELL AG recently received the TISAX® label. TISAX® (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is a registered trademark of the ENX Association and was developed specifically for the automotive industry as a standard for information security. Many car manufacturers and suppliers require compliance with this standard. The assessment is based on the "VDA Information Security Assessment" (VDA ISA), a catalogue of requirements of the German Association of the Automotive Industry, which is strongly oriented towards the international standard ISO/IEC 27001, with the aim of establishing a uniform level of security within the automotive industry.
The TISAX® label is a significant milestone for X-CELL. "For X-CELL, confidentiality, availability and integrity of information have a high value. With the TISAX® label, we can offer our customers in the automotive industry a verifiable security standard. It confirms our existing IT security processes and emphasises our ability to process sensitive data and information in accordance with the highest security requirements - verified by TÜV Süd as an independent authority," says CEO Christian Schubert.
