SieMatic had already understood in 2014 that online training has major advantages over shared PowerPoint presentations. The feedback channel (e.g. final tests) ensures that the content has been read and understood. In addition, the entire target group can be trained at once or over a very short period of time.

SieMatic has been using AcademyMaker to implement all training courses itself for over 10 years - in 6 languages. Participants appreciate the prompt and complete information via the online training platform and the long-term qualification options. The gamification elements used, such as learning points and badges, provide additional motivation. Webinars and face-to-face training courses have also been increasingly offered and managed via the platform for around 5 years.
