Safety in the workplace is no coincidence, but the result of practiced responsibility - especially in management. Managers play a central role when it comes to recognizing risks and preventing accidents. This makes it all the more important to raise their awareness of their duties and opportunities to exert influence.
The interactive training course "Responsibility as a manager: occupational health and safety at KWS" makes managers aware of their responsibilities and teaches them the key tasks in occupational health and safety in a practical way.
In high-quality video scenarios with professional actors, they are addressed directly and involved in realistic decision-making processes. They reflect on critical situations, answer specific questions and receive constructive feedback - making the training lively and effective in the long term.
In cooperation with KWS SAAT, training courses have been developed on topics such as data protection, compliance and sales - in up to 19 languages.
All training courses are interactive and convey practical learning scenarios, many of them as high-quality video productions with professional actors. In addition, KWS SAAT uses AcademyMaker to provide the training courses and efficiently control learning management.
The occupational health and safety training gives our managers a practical insight into how they can fulfill their responsibilities in the area of occupational safety and integrate them into their everyday work. The interactive and realistic video dialogs are particularly valuable, allowing our participants to experience the challenges they face in their day-to-day work and how they as managers can actively contribute to safety in the team. The cooperation with the team was great and we are delighted with the successful training concept!
