X-CELL has once again been awarded the Comenius EduMedia seal of approval

Award for the ‘Diversity & Unconscious Bias’ e-learning course goes to X-CELL AG

The Düsseldorf-based corporate learning provider X-CELL AG has been awarded the Comenius EduMedia Seal 2026 for its e-learning course ‘Diversity & Unconscious Bias’. The seal is a mark of scientifically verified quality in digital education. The award recognises a learning programme that helps employees recognise unconscious thought patterns, reflect on their effects, and act consciously and fairly in their day-to-day working lives.

Unconscious thought patterns can influence perceptions, judgements and decisions in day-to-day working life. This training provides organisations with an effective tool to help them fulfil their obligations under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and contributes to a fair, respectful and non-discriminatory working environment. The e-learning course provides a concise overview of how unconscious biases arise, the impact they can have on communication and collaboration, and the added value that embracing diversity brings to teams and organisations.

The focus is on realistic situations from everyday working life. Interactive decision-making questions, explanatory videos, quizzes and direct feedback mechanisms encourage learners to question their own thought patterns and adopt different perspectives. Specific recommendations for action help to apply the insights gained to everyday working life and reduce the risk of discrimination.

The e-learning course is aimed at staff at all levels within companies, public authorities and educational institutions. It is suitable for use across all sectors, has a responsive and accessible design, and can be easily integrated into existing learning platforms.

By awarding the Comenius EduMedia Seal 2026, the jury recognises a learning programme that combines the imparting of specialist knowledge with self-reflection and action-oriented learning. The training demonstrates how digital learning can help raise awareness of diversity and promote fair, inclusive and discrimination-free coexistence in the long term.
