The company operates production facilities in Germany and Poland and exports its products to more than 80 countries worldwide.
Raising awareness of issues such as cybersecurity and data protection requires solutions that present content in a clear and practical way and are easily accessible to all employees. At the same time, the training solution should integrate seamlessly into the existing learning management system and align visually with the company’s communication style.
Bahlsen relies on digital training products from X-CELL covering cybersecurity, data protection, and information security. The training courses are integrated into the existing learning management system and are available to employees in German, English, and Polish.
When selecting a provider, Bahlsen placed particular emphasis on the quality of the content and the training’s pedagogical approach. Mandatory training is often viewed by employees as tedious and boring—either a wall of text or largely meaningless explanatory animations. The X-CELL training courses are concise and practical—case studies from everyday work packaged into engaging stories help employees truly grasp the topics and better identify relevant risks in their daily work.
Furthermore, integration into the existing learning environment played an important role, not only technically but also visually. The training courses were visually adapted to Bahlsen’s corporate design and now feature the consistent look and feel of the Bahlsen brand.
The training courses stand out for their clear structure and practical content. We found the seamless integration into our LMS particularly helpful, as well as the ability to customize the visuals to match our corporate design.
