The integrated Document Management System of AcademyMaker (MediaCenter) is the central file management of the system.

You may upload all file types from any web compatible system to the so called MediaCenter. The uploaded files can then be used once or multiple times for your training projects.

The MediaCenter automatically lists the usage and thus enables you to find out in which trainings certain files have already been used. Furthermore, the MediaCenter provides all essential functionalities of a Document Management System such as search, folder/index management, multi-upload, automatic replacement of files, etc.
